From the mountainous regions to the Mediterranean, and on to the south and the islands, Italians are proud of their food culture, and are passionate in retaining established traditions and the highest levels of quality based on locally produced ingredients.

The products which we select for you will have been produced respecting established traditions which will be specific individual regions and communities.
