Balsamic Vinegar.

Balsamic vinegar's are made in Italy's central regions of Moderna and Reggio Emilia using Trebbiano e Lambrusco grapes. We have a limited selection of specially produced Balsamic vinegars from a handful of small family producers, all of which are produced with real passion.

2 year old balsamic vinegars
are an ideal accompaniment to mixed salads, tomatoes salads and raw vegetables.

Series 5 balsamic vinegars
have been aged for 5 years and are a perfect accompaniment to raw and cooked vegetables, grilled, roasted or boiled red and white meats, and many other more simple dishes such as just a hint on an omelette.

Balsamic condiments
have been aged for 8 years are the original refined dressing with a penetrating aroma and flavour. As a dressing and not vinegar, the offer a very low acidity level making them perfect for use with iced cream, yogurt, fruit salads as well as meat and cheese giving an original touch to all your dishes.

White balsamic (Bianco)
are not produced from the normal black "Trebbiano & Lambrusco" grapes, but instead by using white grape must which is matured in oak barrels. This unique flavour is an ideal accompaniment to salads, raw and cooked vegetable, white meats and with cheeses such as mozzarella.
